Many industries, such as manufacturing, rely on extremely sensitive monitoring devices to protect the quality and integrity of their processes and
environments. The quality of the sensor readings, and the timeliness in which information is provided, is critical to the operation's success.
Sensors in such environments typically output a 4-20mA analog signal, which is transmitted to a stand-alone monitoring device.
NetBotz's EIP 4-20mA Sensor Pod collects an analog signal from a wide range of standard third-party 4-20mA sensors, and integrates the information
into the NetBotz management system. By integrating these stand-alone devices into the NetBotz solution, they become accessible over the company's IT
network, and can be viewed, monitored, and reported on via the network.

|

|
The EIP 4-20mA Sensor Pod connects to either a NetBotz 500 or NetBotz 420 via USB. It is USB bus-powered, so an external power supply
is not required. There are four screw-terminal sensor ports on the EIP 4-20mP Sensor Pod, to accommodate up to four 4-20mA sensors. For connecting
three- and four-wire sensors, there is an additional port on the side for supplemental loop power.
Examples of 4-20mA and 0-5V analog sensor equipment: |
- Extreme Temperature sensors
- Machine Tool Status Outputs
- Power Usage sensors
- Ground Fault Detection
- Battery Charging and Monitoring
- Operational status of fans, motors and pumps, other equipment and devices
- Hydrogen Sensors
- Sensors for other gases
- Detect burned out lights
- Temperature sensors
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2) sensors
- Air intake temperature
- Mass air flow sensor
- Vat/Pipe Flow Regulators

Thousands of 0-5V analog sensors are installed in manufacturing and utility operations around the world and using the EIP 0-5V Sensor Cable these
may now be connected, collected, correlated and managed at the NetBotz appliance edge device, and then carried upstream via an IP connection to the
central management location.

| NetBotz Fluid Detector: |
|
TOP
|
 |
| The FD100 Fluid Detector enables the NetBotz appliance to monitor a location for the presence of water and other fluids. Whether it's water from a
leaking pipe or coolant from an HVAC, NetBotz' new FD100 Fluid Detector provides early warning of fluid on the floor. The FD100 is a dry contact
sensor with two matched pairs of contacts, one pair at the front and the other at the rear. If water or other liquid touches both contacts for
either of the matched contact pairs, an alert is triggered. The FD100 has a 15-foot cable to connect it to the NetBotz appliance external sensor
ports. |

|
| NetBotz External Temperature
Sensor: |
|
TOP
|
 |
The TS100 External Temperature Sensor works with the WallBotz 310, 400 and RackBotz 310, 400. This allows temperature monitoring for a different
area of the rack and/or server room, for example if the NetBotz appliance is high in the cabinet the external sensor can be positioned in the lower
portion of the cabinet. Or, the external sensor can be placed outside the cabinet or in an adjacent cabinet and/ or server room. A 15-foot cord
(included) provides flexibility for all of these alternatives.
Additional temperature readings appear in the Sensor Reading pane on the NetBotz Web interface for each NetBotz External Temperature Sensor that is
connected to one of the external sensor ports. |

|
|
|
| NetBotz External Humidity Sensor: |
|
TOP
|
 |
| The HS100 External Humidity sensor enables the NetBotz monitoring appliance to monitor the humidity of an area other than the area where the
NetBotz appliance itself is located. The HS100 has a 15-foot cable to connect it to the NetBotz appliance external sensor ports. For longer
distances, there are 50ft and 100ft extension cables available from NetBotz. |

|
|
|
| NetBotz External Particle Sensor: |
|
TOP
|
 |
| The PS100 External Particle Sensor provides detection of dust or smoke penetration of environmentally sensitive equipment spaces. This sensor
detects airborne particulates, measuring the concentration of particles as small as 1 micron. You can specify particulate level thresholds and graph
past readings. The PS100 connects to an external sensor port on a Sensor Pod 120, and it requires an external power supply (included). Note:
These units are built to order (minimum of 25 units). |

|
| NetBotz Dry Contact Sensor Support: |
|
TOP
|
 |
The Dry Contact Sensor support for the WallBotz 310, 400 and RackBotz 310, 400 enables use of devices such as water sensors, vibration sensors,
motion sensors, glass break sensors, UPS and HVAC dry contact alert ports, and more. Dry contact sensor devices detect and report on a predefined
state change. The condition is either "off" (no electrical contact) or "on" (electrical contact). On the Dry Contact sensor
settings screen, the user can choose whether to alarm on "detected", "none", or not to alarm at all.
NetBotz provides a Dry Contact Cable for connecting dry contact devices to the NetBotz appliances. |

| NetBotz CCTV Adapter Pod 120: |
|
TOP
|
 |
| The CCTV Adapter Pod 120 is designed for the customer who wants to utilize CCTV cameras with the NetBotz physical threat monitoring system. This
enables images from CCTV cameras to take advantage of WallBotz 500 capabilities such as motion sensing, alert image capture settings, and alert
customization. The CCTV Adapter Pod provides images of up to 640x480 resolution, 24-bit color, and up to 30 frames per second (color and resolution
may be limited by CCTV video source). The CCTV camera connects to either the BNC, RCA, or S-Video input connector on the pod; video source input can
be NTSC, PAL, or SECAM format. The pod has a USB port to connect it to the WallBotz 500 base station, and also has external microphone, speaker, and
door switch jacks. The CCTV Adapter Pod is designed for use only with the WallBotz 500 and the NetBotz 420. |
